Knickerbocker Ice Company Ruins

After much searching I found that the Ruin Walls of Mystery were for of an old Knickerbocker Ice Company Building.  The walls are absolutely huge and are about a 20 minute walk upstream of the Bridgeport (Upper Marian) Boathouse.

They have an idea on the time period these where erected.? Bet they are guarded by an army of skeeters.
